  • In short: we take care of everything.

    • Google Analytics 4 tags and settings: We’ll check your website’s Google Analytics 4 setup to make sure it’s working right — you’d be surprised how often we see mangled GA4 integrations. We’ll then make sure Spektrix and GA4 are talking to each other and sharing data appropriately.

    • Dashboards and reports: The Google Analytics 4 interface is a little sparse when it comes to reporting. We’ll create a set of useful reports and practical dashboards to give you quick, easy access to the data you need, when you need it.

    • Training: We want you be confident in your setup. Once everything is up and running we’ll arrange training sessions for your staff, explaining how reports work, where to find important data and demonstrating how everything fits together.

  • Our approach to usability and audience research uncovers how people are really using your online spaces, identifying any problems and highlighting areas of opportunity.

    We make use of a wide range of tools and techniques, depending on the nature of the project. In-person and remote usability testing is combined with visitor and audience surveys, alongside heatmaps and behaviour recordings - whatever is most useful for the project.

    • Getting started: Not sure how Google Analytics 4 works, or how it can be used alongside Spektrix’s own reporting? We’ll give you the foundational knowledge you need.

    • Next level reporting: Data is more useful when you can analyse and report on it properly. We’ll show you how to make the most of Google Analytics 4’s reporting and how to build custom dashboards in Google Looker Studio.

    • Individuals or groups: We can design sessions for different group sizes, depending on what you need. Most training is delivered online, but in-person sessions can often also be arranged.

    Bad data is a big problem for marketers. The increasing complexity of privacy and data regulations makes it vital to be on top of how your audience data is being collected.
