One Further is in the privileged position to work with organisations across the arts and culture sector.

Now we’re bringing them together to create a friendly, open place where digital professionals can meet and exchange experiences and ideas.

The first One Further: Sessions was held at The Old Vic Theatre on Tuesday 4th November 2025. With discussion from around the room encompassed in every session, we heard from:

• Louise Cohen, Senior Content Strategist at One Further, sharing a preview of findings from the Cultural Content Report.

• Mike Keating, Art Fund’s Associate Director, Digital Experience, on his experience of creating digital and content strategies, as well as an AI policy

• Caroline Schreiber, Rambert’s Head of Audiences, on the realities of creating a digital membership product in the arts

Plus, a Heads of Digital panel, chaired by One Further founder Chris Unitt, answering questions from the floor with:

• Hannah Barton, Head of Digital Media, National Museums Scotland

• Lawrence Chiles, Head of Digital, National Gallery

• Kamilah Downing, Head of Digital, English National Ballet
