Content Leaders is a group designed to support, empower and inspire culture content professionals working at manager-level or above. You’ll be part of a smart, supportive circle of peers who all want to sharpen their strategy, tackle similar challenges, seize opportunities and continually improve what they do.
Each session will be expertly facilitated by a seasoned content strategist from One Further. We’ve worked in-house and with clients across the arts – so we understand the complexities of cultural organisations, audience engagement and the evolving digital landscape.
So whatever challenges, questions or ideas are running through your mind as you flit between meetings and tasks, Content Leaders is a space to unpack them.

How It Works
When you join Content Leaders, you become part of a small, carefully curated group of senior digital content specialists from across the sector.
Here’s what you get
We’ll meet six times a year, with dates to fit your schedule.
Groups will either be remote, or if a cohort is all in proximity we may seek to meet in person; let us know your preference when you enquire.
Two weeks before each session, we’ll be in touch to capture any current challenges, questions or opportunities you want to explore.
It could be managing your team, influencing upwards, AI adoption, figuring out a new content strategy, working with new tools, a tricky issue with a supplier, or wanting to boost your own profile. Whatever it is, you’ll get to discuss it with experienced peers who will support and encourage you.A week before we meet, you’ll receive a brief primer, so you what’s coming and you feel ready to contribute.
On the day, a facilitator will guide discussions to ensure everyone’s priorities are addressed, insights are shared openly, and outcomes are practical and actionable.
After the session, we’ll share notes on what was discussed.
Access to a group Slack channel to keep the discussions going.
What’s expected of you
As a participant, you’ll need to:

A quick call with us two weeks before each session
Read the primer sheet and make any notes
Maintain confidentiality – ensure the group remains a trusted space for honest conversation
Be kind, empathetic and non-judgemental
Be honest. Vulnerability is encouraged
